An Exploration of Martial Arts, Mythology & Movement interpreted by Visual Artists

There is significant alignment between the practices of martial arts and visual arts, especially when one's process requires unique physical choreography. Focus and concentration is required to execute form and movement. Often, the result seems inexplicable, as the viewer may not understand how the artist orchestrated the series of movements that created a field of color comprised of hundreds of thousands of tiny lines or a kick of the leg so quick that it has no shadow.
